Implementation and use of new ideas and capabilities as well as attitudes is and must be the concern and responsibility of the line managers.

Implementation of idea introduced in training programs is an important issue and it has to be given sufficient consideration in designing training programs.

Training need identification and design of training programs have to done in collaboration with line managers so that they approve in advance the concepts and techniques to be discussed in the training program.

Many times participants complain in the training programs that their superiors are not aware of the concepts now being discussed in the class. But the trainers must have sufficient awareness of the program design process so that he can say with conviction that it is not the case. The superiors know the techniques that are being introduced and have approved the discussion of the technique in the program either from current job training view points or from development view point.
