When employees don’t feel motivated to participate in the workplace, productivity drops and absenteeism rises. Lack of enthusiasm of employees has a big impact on your bottom line.

A recent Gallup Employee Engagement analysis found that int the top-performing companies in their study boasted of nearly 10 engaged employees for every jaded staffer while in average companies, the ratio was just 1.83 to one.
