Team Leadership

Team leadership is different from  leading a group as a supervisor.
Team leaders either when assigned or when they emerge from within the team, may not have a major difference in salary, perks and privileges. They may not have any special office. They may not have a special designation.
But still they have a role to play and their role play affects team performance. The leaders have to be clear and decisive within the collarborative framework.
Effective leaders have to good teachers and coaches and they must have the ability and skill to to acknowledge the contribution of the team to the success of the team.
