What is conversational marketing?

Conversational marketing is relationship marketing for the social media age. In relationship marketing the role of customer is not emphasized, but conversations are ongoing and evolving and require both sides to participate. Conversational marketing starts with understanding the need of the customers and designing appropriate product for it and redesigning it when needed based on conversations.
