Laws generally arise from the moral prescriptions of the societies. A
law is made by a government. A law is a statement of a moral
prescription and it specifies the penalties imposed on people who
disobey law. The difference between moral prescription and law is that,
law is enforced by imposing penalties on people who are not following
the legal prescription.
