KKR Public Issue – An Interesting Purpose and Strategy

KKR is coming out with plans to go public in difficult environment. But its objective is not acquiring additional cash from the market or to sell partially or fully the holding of promoters. Its objective is to acquire its European affiliate, KKR Private Equity Investors, which trades in Amsterdam with its publicly floated stock.

 

It is an interesting strategy to acquire an undervalued asset.
