Training of Administrative Team (Government) of the Party

When the party comes to power, some of its members become part of the goverment and thereby become responsible for administrative actions as well as strategic initiatives.
The party has to prepare some its members to develop over a period of time to take up the responsibility. Coalition governments and temporary support to some parties in powr etc. provide such opportunities to get first hand experience of governing.
