Training of Legislators

There are training programmes for freshman legislators. The political party has to take the initiative to make sure that its legislators are well trained. The parliament or the legislature is also taking interest in training of newly elected members.

I noticed in the news papers recently that there were training programs for newly elected parliament (Lok Sabha) members of India. Similarly new elected members of Congress Party in Andhra Pradesh were given inputs in a training program conducted by the party.
